Our dinner menus feature seasonal signature dishes, as we are continually conscious of the ever-changing food trends and develop our menus with those in mind. We offer everything from snack food and drinks by the pool, to casual bar food, from a robust lunch menu to our casual, yet upscale dinner menu. Whether you’re grabbing a meal with the kids or indulging in a lavishly prepared porterhouse steak, you’ll find everything you need with UCC dining. Don’t worry about dietary restrictions, as we provide gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options as well as giving you the freedom to customize your order. In addition, Craven’s Cottage, our poolside dining area, is positioned perfectly so weary golfers can grab quick refreshment before going to play the back nine holes.

Our executive chef and sous chef have a combined 40 years of culinary experience. They understand that studying trends, following in-season standards and applying farm-to-table techniques is what creates the superb flavor UCC cuisine is known for.
